自2007年3月29日起，凡外籍考生（含持外国护照的华裔考生、台湾考生）需要提前获得Microsoft Learning的允许方可在中国大陆境内各考试中心参加微软公司的认证考试。考生申请许可时提供的各项信息将作为保密信息，仅供微软公司核查使用。

 ● 如何提交考试申请

考生可自行或通过考试中心管理员向mlsecure@microsoft.com提交以下信息：

1．考生姓名

2．国籍

3．所在国的详细联系信息（地址和电话）

4．在中国大陆的暂住地址和电话

5．参加学习过的微软课程名称（如有参加）

6．课程时间长度

7．课程开始日期

8．课程结束日期

9．希望参加考试的日期

10．希望在哪个考试中心参加考试（说明考场名称、考场所在城市和国家）

Microsoft Learning在收到申请后会以电子邮件的方式答复考生是否获得参加考试的许可。Pearson VUE 同时也将提前通知相关考场有哪些考生获许参加微软考试。

● 相关规定

任何违反或拒绝执行以上要求的考试中心将立即被取消微软考试授权。未提供许可信息而参加了考试的考生，其考试成绩也将被微软公司取消或受到同类处罚。

望各考试中心从即日起严格遵循微软公司的该项规定，认真按照规定办理考生业务。考试中心管理员在接待此类考生时，必须主动向考生索取微软公司许可，不得为尚未获得许可的考生注册或发送考试。对尚未获得许可的考生，考管员应先向其解释微软公司的规定并同时向考生提供申请许可的方法，由考生自行申请或代为其申请。

   Effective immediately, if a non-Indian or a non-Chinese resident foreign candidate wishes to take Microsoft exams in test centers located in India or China, the candidate or test center must receive prior permission from Microsoft Learning. Information provided to Microsoft Learning will be treated as confidential and will only be used for reference checks. 

 Requesting Permission

 The following information must be provided to mlsecure@microsoft.com by either the candidate or the test centre administrator:

1.Candidate's name

2.Country of citizenship

3.Address and contact details in origin country

4.Temporary address and contact details in India or China

5.Courses registered, if applicable

6.Duration

7.Start date of course

8.End date of course

9.Expected date of taking exam

10.Test center where candidate will test (name, city, and country)

Microsoft Learning will send a reply e-mail to the candidate detailing whether they have been approved or not approved to test. Pearson VUE will notify test centres of any candidates who have been approved to test at their test centre.

Compliance

Any test centre which refuses to comply with the above requirements will no longer be able to deliver MS exams. Should a candidate fail to provide this information, he or she may face having their score revoked by Microsoft, or face similar punishment.
